Individual Therapy is a great opportunity to openly share your story and receive the 1:1 attention that you desire. You will receive tools and action items to leave with that will aid you in navigating difficult situations until the next time we meet.

Group Therapy may seem intimidating to some at first, but it often becomes much easier over time. At this time, group counseling sessions are virtual and are currently closed group sessions.
